We offer Free Delivery on orders over $80. Orders under $80 will incur a $19.99 flat shipping fee. All orders will be despatch within 1-3 business days.
We do not deliver to PO BOX address. Please provide a street address.
Delivery times may vary. The following table provides estimates of delivery times after despatch.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email letting you know your order is on its way, along with the estimated delivery date, tracking number and the courier name.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a card advising you to collect your order from a local pick up zone.
If you have any special instructions relating to your delivery, please indicate these in the comments section upon finalising your purchase.
Orders will be delivered on business days only. Please note, the number of business days estimated above begins the day after your order is despatched. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Sometimes circumstances arise that are outside of our control that could delay delivery. If your order is late please contact us and provide your Order Number. This will help us to assist with your inquiry quickly.
You have 7 days after delivery to inspect the rug(s) and contact us should you wish to return your purchase. Rugs must be returned in original condition with original packaging, be unused and must be undamaged. Freight charges are at the customer's expense on returning rugs for change of mind. Each case will be reviewed individually.
When contacting us to initiate a return, please include:
- The reason for the return
- Your Order Number (find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your phone number
If the item arrives damaged, we require photos of the damaged item and packaging as evidence.
Once we review your return request, we will send you an email with further instructions.
Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount for any damage that may have occurred, not related to transportation. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the customer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned to Rug Deals.
